I love you, every aspect of you as you are,
no matter where you are,
even if you're not with me.

I appreciate the abundance of light and love you've brought into my life.
Not many people do.
I want you to know I still carry that light and love with me wherever I go.

I am thankful to have even a brief encounter with the likes of you,
because within those brown eyes I saw a reflection of myself full of doubt,
and so I became motivated to grow
and moreso let go of the restraints,
so that when you looked into my eyes again,
love would have taken fear's place.
And it has.

In being the best you, you encouraged me to become the truest me.
