The Journey

Knowing your destination is half the journey;
The other half is getting there.
Long or short,
Every journey begins with a step.
Some paths might be smooth and newly tarred
Or marred, jarred, and even barred;
Just remember to march on.
If you fall, get up, stand up
So you keep on marching.
The journey might get rough
The journey might get tough
But child just remember that others are striding through rougher and tougher terrains.
If you come across mountains of obstacles,
Focus, mount on, climb, and trek on.
March on!
March on!
And never cease until you complete the second half of your journey-
Reaching your destination.
