Do you know how it feels
To feel like I did
I didn’t fit in anywhere
And I never had
Too many people
Who noticed me
I felt so invisible
Like I never existed
As I lie in my bed
And think about
The years that have passed
I realized that
The last year
Has been my hardest
So many people ignored me
And out of the ones who didn’t
Few were true friends
The rest of them
Teased me
And there comes the feeling
Of invisibility
I feel so invisible everywhere
I go about my life knowing
I will likely go unnoticed
By so many people
And I keep wondering
While I try to sleep
Is there anyone else
Who feels the way I do
Who feels so invisible
Every day of their life
Like they don’t exist
