My whiskers twitched in curiosity when I noticed the lonesome fellow from across the room. I licked my paw, drawing it behind my ear to straighten my fur before approaching him.
“Hello.” I greeted, taking a seat in front of him.
He sat down also.
I stared at him for a long moment, waiting patiently for a response. When none came, I titled my head questioningly. He did the same. This was so confusing.
“Hello there?” I repeated, raising my paw to nudge him. He raised his paw also.
“Stop doing that!” I hissed in annoyance, swatting at him only to be met with a cold, hard surface.
“Mr. Jingles!!” I heard the whiny, two-legged creature screech.
“Get your filthy paws off of my mirror!” She scolded.
