Golden Years

A lake of deep sapphire flows to our home.
Are you my safe harbor to claim?
Golden sun rays stream over the ship's deck.
Sweet misty breezes whisper your name.

Devotion breathes easy and free,
flows gently across seagull skies.
A deep voice carries over restful waters.
I ache to be your strong arms once more.

Cream clouds mix with soft turquoise blue.
Our hourglass turns blissfully time and again.
Imagine whimsical pillows to dream upon,
a place where eternal love knows no end.
