The Grace, Favor of God

The Bible, God's written, tells of God, the creator of all that is. It tells about God's favor to us. 2 Corinthians 6:1 (KJV) 1 We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. The favor God freely gives to each of us should not end with us. Romans 8:32 (KJV) 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? We freely receive from God. Isn't it reasonable for us to freely give to others, to freely favor others.

The Golden Rule, "Do to others as you would have others do to you". Applying favor to the Golden Rule, it becomes: Show favor to others, as you would have others to show favor to you. We receive favor from God and then we have opportunities to show favor to others. They in turn receive favor from us and have opportunities to show favor to others.
Its God's plan for all to experience His favor. His favor strengthens us.

As the favor, we receive from God, is shared with others, His favor and goodness becomes exceedingly abundant. 1 Timothy 1:14 (KJV) 14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

Let us show gratefulness and thankfulness for God's grace and favor. And may we give favor to others as generously as God gives His favor to us.
