A free-style poem explaining life.
Standing here, the breeze is nice
Standing here, the wind is cold
Standing here, with the door open
Standing here, the door is about to fold

We’re open to new beginnings,
But we shut down changes that end
We smile at our family,
but laugh with our friends

We laugh at the insanity of ourself,
We hate ourself more than any other
We step little steps into the darkness
But knowing it's bad, we go farther

Our laughs, our giggles, and hugs
That some we just pretend
But even though we’re suppose to mean it
We just want it to the end

Can’t you see the pattern
That you’re only human
And all the mistakes you make
are only a scan

Human doesn’t mean perfect
yet sometimes we think the other
But yet our skin doesn’t change, our body will stay
Born one after another
