Every night now you spend in despair
You took their love and you took their share

They taught you how to talk
They helped you how to walk

They holded you when you were falling

When you were sick they did not sleep whole night
They remained in dark but always kept you in light

Their love was selfless , you always disrespected
They were your angels , you sometimes suspected.

They grew you and you kept rising
They guided you and kept advising

When they needed you, you left them alone

They are gone and you can't get them back
Their love, their presence you will always lack


Now you can't reach them, they are far across the sky
No request no prayer now you can't even try

No walking with father no sweet cookie
