Saturday Morning

As you wake up, your body objects.
To leaving your covers, so you start to reflect
On just how nice it would be
If you could catch a few more Z's.

Come 10 minutes ahead,
You start to get out of bed.
You then start to ponder
Over maybe sleeping longer.

Oh how you love your rest,
We all know what comes next.
When it hits 9 'o clock,
You're still out like a rock.
