The Harbinger did warn
of when the bough breaks,
the children would become the swarm
in the arena to bare witness
to the aftermath of the indiscretion.

"When the planets align
and the spaceships collide,
witness the chaos
as stars will explode
giving birth to new civilizations
where no one has gone before."

Safety in numbers
together behind the arena walls,
the children awaited the arrival
