What happens when a person dies. It is not nowness
the present, this moment, hereness. It is some far away
image in a field of snow, or spring honeysuckles, summer
rains, autumn reddened elms.
We remaining are reduced to quiet, to solitude amongst
the friends, distant schoolmates, aging uncles, whirls of
cousins, grand-cousins, infinite trembling of love from
so many who knew Her, only briefly, or through crises,
or encounters, a laugh, a Dodger game, famous potato
salad.
What happens? Ah....we miss HER,
Everyday.

From Nancy James
"..May God bless and keep her all the days of her life and when HE calls he shall say, "Come home good and faithful servant, for you have done all that I asked, in Jesus' Name, Amen."
