Blink contest - Horrible

The briefcase slid from the cluttered desk and hit the floor. The precious thumb drive bounced from an unzipped pocket, skittered across the tile floor, slid under the desk, and took up permanent residence in a dusty corner. Returning from the restroom, Tom snatched the case from the floor and rushed to the waiting limo. So began the single most horrible business trip in the otherwise distinguished career of Thomas “Tom Thumb” Acosta.
