Smalller

Let the world crumble
behind a piece of writing
the prophets will say
whatever they please
without truth.

Things get smaller
starting the size of Texas
to the size of a turtle
the authors disagree.

And the gods listen in awe
I lean away
the gods punish me
but I still stay.

And as the world gets smaller
I wonder
why does anyone deserve such power?
when everyone ponders.

I hate stories
so i lean farther away
i do not wish to know
how the solutions go awry.

Please gods above
end this story
I don't want to do it
I don't want the glory.

I still look outside
so beautiful
but I am stuck out here
away from everything i love...
