An angel's love ~

Across my fields of wonder ... drifting by,
like ribbons floating through a wispy dream,
a nymphette whispered soft my name ~ a sigh;
'twas there she stood inside a golden beam.
Her verdant eyes shined like a polished gem,
with sparkling glints that hypnotized my soul,
and (somehow) I was drawn deep into them
in such a way I knew I'd been made whole.
Faint sounds of crystal waters dancing by,
on velvet mossy banks she lay me down.
She taught me love there 'neath that azure sky,
then wrapped us warm inside her pure white gown.
She took my breath and breathed it back in me;
that instant knew ~ she'd set my spirit free.
