You say you are strong when you are not.
You say you are rich when you are poor.
It is well, we will get there!
You speak by faith I guess.
I can’t question your faith brewed by ineptitude
but I question your belief and attitude.
Your psyche is P.
P stands for many things you see.
Problems, principles, priorities and progress.

A man up north is against western education and religion,
yet he corrects the people with Western guns spilling blood leaving red the
path to his so-called redemption.
“Assalam Aleykum” he says with his mouth,
but chained to his body is an automatic killing machine with countless rounds of magazines.
We contribute offerings to build religious monuments and contribute nothing to research and experiments.
Our kids can’t even go to the schools built by and with our offerings.
Our minds are landmines to the “white man’s magic” otherwise seen as technology.
But we make our minds arable for envy and “religipocrisy”
From those that call to prayers at 5 to those that wait till the Sabbath to pray,
Our practice defies our preaching and our preachings never leave our tongues I dare say.
My religion is not born by its name. My religion is born by the principles of my heart.
My religion is my heart!

Help me see beyond petty, envy, gossip, hate
Help me to see love and inspiration to create.

Homes used to be caves, then trees,
then huts but now homes are luxury.
Fashion used to be your skin, then leaves,
then wool but now its classy in Givenchy and Armani
Food used to be bloody, then seeds, then anything
but now its processed you even have continental dishes.

A problem shared, a problem solved gradually metamorphosed
to a problem shared, a problem half solved.
Now, its no longer in the annals of adage history.
A mad man would never attest to his madness you see.
Maybe that’s why he never gets cured.
Problems are challenges to be solved
not curses that should be prayed against into oblivion.
Don’t get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with prayers.

Solutions are in the minds we have reduced to praying machines rather than innovative engines.
Niepce and Dagurre started pictures in smoky flashes, then to black and white, then to photo albums and now we have our lives documented on Instagram and Facebook owned by Zuckerberg.
Mails used to be delivered with crows, then horses, to cars, then planes. It used to takes years, months, days but now it's instant in emails.
We used to write on rocks, then scrolls, then papers but now we have Windows by Gates and Apple by by Jobs.

Is He a discriminate God is the question you get me asking when we pray more yet see less, we pray more yet hear less, we pray more but feel nothing.
Ethnic divisions, religious intolerance and leadership confusion.
Aha! I hear you. You are about to throw the blame. The white man caused it.

Nigeria! You are called. This is the school called the world.
A school where history is our teacher.
Don’t misunderstand me.
Yes! Pray! Pray and make knowledge your priority,
open your mind to impossible possibilities guided by principles.
