As you look at me
What do you see
Do you even look past the outside of me
Do you look into my eyes to see the pain that I have in them
Would you even give me a chance
Do you even want to take the time to get to know me

You don't give me a second glance or a chance
You wont see past the outside of me
to see the depth of me
You go about your business without even a care in the world
You don't even give me a chance to even say a word


Or is it that I am to strong of a woman for you
Do you see I don't need a man to depend on to take care of me
