Dragon stepping softly through the wood,
Always vigilant as be she should,
Through the mist naught she spies,
With her brilliant diamond eyes,
Though the quarry from her did flee,
Never shall this Knight be free,
For what he has done there is no repair,
Slain the Dragon in his lair,
Now his mate vengeance does seek,
Upon this Knight fearful and weak,
He flees upon his mare, but to no avail,
Soon she will be upon him like a storm of hail,
What allows him the title Knight,
When nay it was an honorable fight,
To slay a Dragon in it's sleep,
Will cause the very land to weep,
For it lost a wise and noble being,
To a worthless man, devoid of feeling,
Knight bears with him sword and mail,
While she was born with tooth and scale,
The man feels now the icy touch of fear,
For he knows his doom draws steadily near,
She finds him by his stench alone,
And is pleased to make cinders of his bones.
