You’re love outshines,
even the brightest of stars.
With all my tantrums, mood swings and madness,
You love me unconditionally.

Your strength,
Is tougher than obsidian.
You’re always fighting,
To keep a roof over our sleepy heads,
To put food on the table,
To make sure we were fed.

Your loving hand,
Reassuring, comforting.
You help guide me,
Through my journey in life..
And even when the path is dark,
I feel safe,
Because I know you’ll be there,
To steer me into the light.

You’ve listened to my fears,
You’ve fought back my tears,
Given me advice, support.
