I look at you & see an amazing glow,
but then I realize who you are.
Constantly clouding & sojourning in my mindless dreams.

Sending an emotional vibe, feelings to my heart, now overtaking my body.
Still, I do not know why I feel this way,
You make me weak & shakey, you make me tremble when you are near.

The sound of your voice calling out to me, my name, as it rolls off your tongue.
Though you do not know the depth of how I truly feel, it still warms my heart & soul to know you’re there.

You may be taken by the one who claims to love you, but does your heart feel the same?
Or is there room for me?
