You aren't tired.
I'm so exhausted, but I've slept for twelve hours. There's no way I'm sleep deprived. My soul is deprived. Of life. I go to school and sit in a classroom full of people. I feel so alone, so uninspired. One thing I notice: the noise, but the loudest person in that room is the one who is quiet. That person is me. I'm consumed by thoughts. Drowned in noise. Conversations are meaningless and repetitive. Life is stuck on loop. I feel like I'm watching my life unfold through a glass box, but no one can break it. No one can break me. No one can get in. I can't get out. I suffocate. I am trapped. A nightmare from Hell, but it's real. No one is coming to save me. I have to break the glass. Wake up.
