Lead me

By God's good graces, Direct me when I'm lost
and guide me when I'm found.

Should I ever lose myself to sin, Forgive me and
help me to find righteousness again.
For I know I am not the best I can be,
but I know you will always see goodness in me.

Even when I don't see it myself I'll try to search in
the deepest parts of my heart, and look with
care for the little light of hope you left there.

And In my darkest of days and depressing of nights,
I know God will never lose me in his sight.

And I know when I'm on the brink of death,
Peace will finally be given on my final breath.

If should I make the worse of mistakes, spare
me the agony of burning in the lake.

Because of your forgiveness and generosity I see you as the ultimate symbol of redemption and hope, it allows me to go through my many trials and to cope with any pain, because of the willpower you provide to my soul throughout my veins.

For I have accepted tomorrow could be my last of
days, And hope in the afterlife you give me a
peaceful place to stay.

Thank you for the many miracles you preform and all you provide me with. I am here for a reason just like everyone else. I hope one day us as people can find our love for you again.
