My first piece

"I took others as a priority without realizing that people are like bonfires, some look to help you and give you comfort, while others may only seem to help but in reality will burn your back, just like a wildfire."
I never realized that I continuously fed the wrong people my friendship. i knew some people are seasonal and others for a lifetime. However, I never gave myself my own season and let myself grow and bloom into a bigger and better person but I finally came to realize that writing helps me see my mistakes.
