Life of Peace

With my eyes closed...

I can hear the lapping waves onto the soft sand.

I can smell the salty air.

I can feel the warmth of the sun on my skin and the breeze through my hair.

With my eyes opened...the picture is complete.

The light blue of the clear ocean, the white sand, and the green of the palm tree.

All my stress falls away, this is what life is about.

I take in a deep breath; I am at peace.
