They say that love can cure a broken heart,
So why do I feel this way?
I cry for you every night,
And think of you every day.

They say love never fails,
But they were always wrong,
Iv never loved someone so much,
To where it would make want to run.

So now i'm sitting here thinking,
Why did I ever try?
Was it because I really loved you?
Or was it cause you always lied?

People say pain fades,
But they are always wrong,
Cause the pain I'm feeling right now,
Is Making me go insane.

So never trust a person,
Cause people will never know,
Always trust yourself,
Even if you are alone.

I long for the day to come,
When I will see you again,
Even though I know,
We won't be more than friends.
