lost mind in
a hectic waste
of worry and wonder
scratches at the ground
leaving jagged marks
like a shattered
heart, whimpers
and whines to
a full blown moon
in a crystal sky
as twinkling glass
glitters by, doesn't
slide by in the icy
touch but lights up
and burns bright
with lovers delight
