Tips to help employees, students, and business owners adapt to a virtual strategies

Working and studying at home in a lot of ways seems to be a dream many people anticipate. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, this reality was forced on many. I recently had the privilege of attending a seminar which focused solely on the topic and it seems there are many are facing more challenges than ever. Many employees discussed the challenges of prioritizing work and home obligations and missing human interactions

There were also many positive topics discussed to try to make a team more productive at this seminar. One topic that I personally am applying to my daily life is time or self management and learning what to prioritize in a day versus what is not useful at all. I recommend the use of a day planner, it makes a huge difference. It also helps to have a plan and to stay consistent with that plan as organization and planning is a huge component of how well your day will go.

Remember that these are unprecedented times and to be compassionate with yourself. To some of us this might be a temporary situation but to some this might be more permanent.
