The Hero


Somebody's hero
Saving the day
Drying the tears
Lighting the way

Somebody's hero
Awoke so blue
Wiped away tears
That no one knew

Prays for strength
To carry on

Waiting
For a hero

Somebody's hero
Seems so strong
Making things right
When things go wrong

Somebody's hero
Awoke with pain
Puts it aside
And tries again

Prays for courage
To carry on

Waiting
For a hero
