A poem I wrote when I was 12.

Mrs Moon must deal out,
The planets that lay about the sky.
Knitting her children the stars
As her glowing moonlit face smiles
She makes the stars glint
And twinkle in the sky.

All she sings is a lullaby
She sinks her hands deep in her bag
And pulls out a handful of glistening light
Then tells the stars and the sky goodnight.
