Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Prayers to God for your brilliant success in life. May His protective Grace always keep you and your loved ones enveloped in warm embrace.

1. Let's always remember one thing: evolution has biased our brain towards negativity by default.

2. So, becoming and staying happy is an active process, that requires us to be proactive at all times.

3. One of the most effective means of staying happy is to be aware and record the very instant life brings us happiness.
