Pencil Self-Publishing

I discovered Pencil this week and it is basically an online agent that helps you to entirely create a book (both hard copy and e-book) from start to finish, including the book's front and back covers, absolutely free of charge.

I have been in the self-publishing arena before and it costs several hundreds of pounds. But today, I came across Pencil and they take care of the whole process from start to finish absolutely free! Huh?

Have any of you guys used this website/agent before?
