Learning to deal with and understand my strong emotions
My Anger:
I see a giant red fire ball circling me, slowly than faster and faster. It wants to draw me in, so I want to go in and hit, break, damage anything, and everything I can. It is hard to pull away, its is very strong, and keeps pulling me towards it. I”m tired of being in this high energy ball of negativity, and so I turn my head away.

My Sadness:
Turning away from Anger, I see a cloud, it is blue not white, and it is crying. I feel its tears, then my whole being is starting to ache. It is getting closer, and the closer it gets, my eyes begin to tear up. I'm tired of being sad, and so I blow it away.

My Hopelessness:
I turn yet again and see sand. It is slowly sucking in everything around it. Quicksand. No matter how hard I try to move things from being sucked into its path, it does no good. It seems as though the whole world keeps sinking, slowly getting sucked in. There is no stopping the quick sand, so I walk away, and head in the opposite direction. I let the sand take its course.

I'm Tired:
I come upon a tall mirror and see my reflection. I also see, on one side the fire ball, still turning, burning, and endlessly raging. On the other side is the blue cloud, still weeping, crying and drowning in it's own tears. I see the quick sand behind me, sucking the life from the world, my world.

Then I look at my self. I can only see a tired tired old woman. She tries to smile, but can't. All of her energy is being sucked away in one form or another. I step beyond the mirror and start walking. One, two, three....., I'm counting, because counting calms my mind. I'm taking deep breaths while watching my feet take one step, then the next. I'm staying only with this thought, this visual, and nothing else. This goes on for some time, until all that I have seen, or felt, has slipped far far away, and I am in a place of calm
