A new Paradise Land Mass was about to open. Along with its very own DeathBringer.

SpaceHorrors:
“The Creators at the Pleasure Paradise”

Constantly changing multiple-colored liquid was only coming out of his mouth, ears, nose, etc. When it hit the ground after coming out it disappeared into it. That liquid didn’t last too long. It only lasted about five minutes before it ended.

Within seconds after the spurring liquid ended the transformation into dust and dirt in an alien form-fitting process began. First, it started with the form-fitting. Then a few seconds later that dust and dirt became a mound that blew away with the light wind.

A DeathBringer stepped out of the darkness caused by several large, tall trees. He looked in the direction of where he heard a few voices. Not sure how many there were, but it sounded like three or four, maybe five or six. That DeathBringer could kill them, but it would take some time to do it. Time, he didn’t have right now.

Soon after that DeathBringer left the area, six Keassams Creators entered that area. “I’m sure Jullan came this way,” said Yaniella, one of the six Keassams.

“It looks like we have another disappearance.” Bellie, another one of the six, said.

##

Paulline walked into the office of Mabanna looking at her small Hand Monitor. Looking up slightly so she doesn’t bump into anything, Paulline walked over to Mabanna who was looking at a flat floating Living Diagram that took up most of that room.

“We have another big Commitment,” said Paulline after she got to Mabanna. “This one is a two hundred Commitment from the planet of Ovim.”

“When is it, and do we have the room for them?” Mabanna didn’t take her eyes off the Living Diagram.

Paulline looked at her Hand Monitor. “It starts the one hundred and fiftieth day of our year to the one hundred and sixtieth day.”

“It’s going to be a little mixed up on levels, but we can accept this Commitment, and I have.” Paulline looked at what Mabanna was looking at. “How are things going with our Pleasure Paradise?”

Mabanna looked up at Paulline. “It’s going as planned. Despite all the Creators who have left us.”

“I’m having the latest one checked out right now. Still don’t know why there have been so many disappearances around here lately.”

“What do you mean ‘the latest one?’” Mabanna asked.

##

The Leader of Private Protection, Gergian, stood where Jullan ‘disappeared.’ “This is where you last saw Jullan?”

“I’m not sure exactly where he was, but I know it was right around here.” Yaniella was next to Gergian looking down at where Jullan used to be.

Gergian started looking into the Wooded Area around them. “The water edge isn’t too far from here. Maybe he headed that way, and you just didn’t see him.”

On the other side of Yaniella stood Roodim, another Private Protector. All three now were looking in the direction where Gergian was looking. “I already checked the Image Viewers all around here. There hasn’t been anyone near there since before or after Jullan disappeared too.”

“The same is true about our Air Transports. There aren’t any that are supposed to be coming here, and there have been none showing up here either.”

Gergian looked down at the ground. “I can think of only one other way Jullan could have left this Land Mass. The Keassams against us creating this Pleasure Paradis must be using the Underground Passages to help these Creators leave us.”

##

“We know who is behind all these Creators leaving us,” said Mabanna after letting Gergian and Roodim into her office and looking at what they haven’t found out about Jullan’s leaving. “What we don’t know is how the Keassams who don’t want us to create this Pleasure Paradise are contacting these Creators and getting them to leave us.”

“I agree with Gergian.” Mabanna tapped a button on her wrist strap. The Living Diagram turned over to reveal the Underground Passages. “I didn’t think we needed Image Viewers in the Underground Passages, but it looks like I was wrong about that.”

Mabanna tapped another button, and the Underground Passages got almost as big as her. She started pointing at those passages. “I wanted you to start placing Image Viewer at these locations admittedly. Especially, where these passages connect to the water around us.”

“The first thing that we need to do is stop our Creators from leaving us,” said Mabanna after she finished with her pointing. “Then we can find out how these Keassams have been contacting our Creators and how they have been getting them to leave us.”

##

That DeathBringer slowly looked all around him. He didn’t see anyone else near him and he didn’t hear anyone either. So, he walked up to the Keassam in front of him and placed his hand on her shoulder to freeze her. Then he started the process of killing her.

After placing the palms of his hands slightly away from the middle of the back on that Keassam and her front, a clear tube came out of his palms to connect him to her body. Just after doing that, an always-changing colored liquid started coming through the tube from the body of that Keassam into the palm of that DeathBringer.

The screaming almost started instantly. Getting louder and louder. A screaming that didn’t last very long. After only a few minutes, the screaming stopped because the always-changing liquid started coming out of her mouth, ears, nose, etc.

That liquid coming out of her body only lasted for about ten minutes. Then that DeathBringer stopped killing her by first removing the tube from her body and removing his palms from her back and front. The final phase of turning her to dust and dirt started.

Gergian reached up and tapped the monitor in front of them. an image of a DeathBringer froze on that monitor. “Now we know what has been happening to our Creators. They haven’t been leaving us.”

“They are dead because of this DeathBringer.” Mabanna was in shock. She couldn’t take her eyes off what they were looking at in the Protection offices. Her jaw had dropped, and her eyes were bigger. “He has been killing them.”

Roodim sat in a Seater in the middle of four other Protectors. He was seated in front of the monitor Gergian and Mabanna were staring at too. The four other Protectors had their own group of monitors they were staring at. Each one had about twenty monitors to watch. These monitors took up a whole wall in that office. “What I want to know is how he got here?”

“I don’t care about how he got here right now.” Mabanna got closer to the image of that DeathBringer. “What I want to know is how do we get rid of him. If we can get rid of him before he kills anyone else.”

##

“Is it true? Do we have a DeathBringer among us?” Paulline asked Mabanna right after she returned to her office. “How did he get here?”

Mabanna stopped and stared at Paulline. She still had a shocked look on her face, but her jaw and eyes were back to normal. “I don’t care how he got here. Why does everyone keep asking me that?”

“What about our Pleasure Paradise? Are we going to be able to open it as planned?”

“Of course, we are going to open as planned. Why wouldn’t we do that?”

Now Paulline had a shocked look on her face. Now Paulline had a dropped jaw and bigger eyes. “You are going to tell all of our Commitments we have a DeathBringer here with us!”

Mabanna smiled at Paulline. “Of course, I’m not going to tell them about our DeathBringer. If I did that, they wouldn’t come here.”

“We are recreating this Land Mass to show everyone how beautiful it used to be to live here. How beautiful it still is. If we tell everyone we have a DeathBringer here, no one is going to want to come here to see how beautiful this Land Mass is.”

##

Gergian stood behind a long table. Their wall of monitors was behind him. On the other side of that table sat Roodim and the other four Protectors there. Exactly as they were when in front of their monitors. In fact, they were in the same Seaters they were in before.

“What do we do about our DeathBringer? How do we get rid of him?”

Roodim stood up. “I think the first thing we need to do is know everything there is about a DeathBringer. Only then will we know how to kill him.”

Sandira, another Protector next to Roodim stood up as Roodim sat back down. “I think that’s a good idea. What do we know about DeathBringers?”

“I personally don’t know too much about DeathBringers. All I know is that they don’t feed on their victims like so many of us are led to believe they do. They were created to kill, and that is what they do,” said Mankunim after he stood up at the opposite end of the table and Sandira sat back down.

“We all know they kill their victims.” Gergian leaned over the table. “What I want to know is how do we kill him before he kills anyone else here.”

##

After the entrance to that office slid open, Gergian and Roodim entered. “Tell me you have something good to tell us about our DeathBringer. Have you figured out a way to get rid of him yet?” Mabanna asked before they barely had time to get into her office.

“We still haven’t solved how to get rid of him just yet.” Gergian looked at Paulline still there. Then he looked back at Mabanna as he and Roodim approached her. “We do know how he got here, though.”

“At least we think we do,” said Roodim. “Since he has been living in the Underground Passages, we are sure that is where he came in from. We are also sure it is the Keassams who don’t want us to create the Pleasure Paradise that has brought him here.”

Mabanna and Paulline looked at each other with shocked looks on their faces. Their jaws were dropped, and their eyes were bigger. Then they looked back at Roodim and Gergian. “Hope you’re wrong about that,” said Mabanna. “I can understand them wanting to stop us from creating our Pleasure Paradise, but by bringing in a DeathBringer they know what will happen if they do that.”

##

Their DeathBringer saw a Keassam by themself. He looked all around him. After making sure no one else was near them, he approached his latest victim. Just before he got to Gergian, Roodim and the other four Protectors grabbed his hands at the wrist and kept them away from touching Gergian.

Gergian joined the other five Protectors by grabbing his left hand with Sandira and Mankunim. A struggle started when the DeathBringer tried to get away from them. Together they were just too strong. He couldn’t free himself from them. Gergian slowly forced his left hand to touch himself. Now that DeathBringer was frozen.

“Now what do we do?” Asked Mabanna after she stepped out of the darkness caused by the large tree she was hiding behind too.

“We haven’t figured that out yet.” Gergian tried to pull the hands of that DeathBringer down to place them on his back and front so that he could start killing himself, but they could be moved.

Even with the help of the other five Protectors, they couldn’t do it. “We wanted him to kill himself, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.”

Mabanna sighed. “It doesn’t look like we are going to be able to open Pleasure Paradise after all. At least not as planned.”
