LOVE TAKES TIME

''There you are!'' I went up and gave my friend a big hug, it had been a long time since I had seen her,

and I felt elated to. She gave me a big hug and I immediately felt like I had won the lottery. I felt my face

smiling from ear to ear.

''It's been awhile!'' I told her she had never looked so good, it was like looking at a ray of warm

sunshine. We stopped and chatted for a while, she asked how I had been, and I told her I had been busy.

''It's been awhile since I have been to Church, I am glad to be here.'' It was wonderful being back to church,

and I told myself I wouldn't miss it again.

''Your here now, and its so good to see you!'' She gave me another big hug, and accidently banged my head,

we laughed. I thought it might knock some sense into me.

Then I was on my way out the door, but being much better off after seeing my friend, it was as if time hadn't

gone by too much, or too fast. I felt like God was smiling down on me, and it warmed my heart, I knew that Love

took time, and yet it seemed like yesterday it was here.
