Confusion of emotions

I feel it, a gasping shadow
A peacekeeper's undoubted window

On the ground, for the peace, it will lay
Spitting and grinding the chains it obeys

Moving forward, always dragging along
Chipping at it every day just to be strong

At its own pace, it carries along
Always trying to fit somewhere, where it belongs

A hovering shadow that nobody understands
From whence did it start? Oh where do I begin

Maybe as a young one, the drugs, the abuse
A psychological, spring sprung loose.

Whimsical anger, flustering feelings
Confusion of emotions, endlessly spinning.
And spinning.
And spinning.
