After the destruction of Portsmouth Eddie wonders just how the world will stop Ben.

Eddie was broken. Curled up on the soft padding of Ben's cavernous shoe, tears were streaming down his face. He'd been the only person on the planet that may have stood a chance to stop Ben but if anything he'd made things worse. Rather than talk Ben down he'd just made Ben realize the power he held now hundreds of thousands of people were dead. Crushed to nothing beneath the immense form of Ben. Perhaps this was meant to be, perhaps Ben was always going to grow. Perhaps this was how humanity met its extinction, joining untold billions of species lost to history. And Ben was the force of nature that brought this about.

For one individual to hold such power seemed almost Godlike. As Eddie stewed in his despair he failed to notice the world around him begin to quake. It was only as it grew more powerful did it shake him out of his stupor. Eddie made his way to the entrance of his musky prison knowing exactly what he'd see. Ben must be back to reclaim his shoes. If Eddie was in them when he put them on it would just be collateral surely. However, as Eddie reached the entrance he was faced with a sight beyond imagining.

There looming over his shoes and the ruined town of Charmouth was Ben but rather than being big enough to put his aircraft carrier shoes on he was now impossibly huge, making his formerly immense shoes look like ants. Eddie fell back in terror at Ben's newfound stature the sheer scale of his former friend now even more mind boggling than before, and even more Godlike than he'd seemed earlier. He must be here to finish what he'd started and end Eddie as he did so. As if to confirm these thoughts, Eddie watched as the titanic toe in the distance lifted from the ground.

It was like watching a mountain lift itself from the world, thousands of tonnes of earth falling from Ben's soft sole as it raised, sending clouds of dust hurtling into the sky. These dust clouds traveling at least a thousand feet into the sky but not even reaching Ben's hovering sole. Eddie fell back into his sweaty prison as Bens immense sole sailed through the sky towards them. In the ruined town terror had erupted, those that had survived Ben previously were battered and broken so their screams were no more than terrified whimpers as Ben's big toe began to fill the sky.

Very few structures remained after his previous visit so there was no hope of finding shelter as Ben's toe descended. Eddie closed his eyes tight fully expecting this to be the end. These few seconds dragged on for eternity. Even with his eyes closed he could sense the looming presence of Ben's toe. He waited for the end to come. There was a tremendous upheaval the world itself seemed to timble and shake violently making Eddie feel weightless, followed by an immensely thunderous boom. However, rather than everything going black as the end came the world began to settle.

Cautiously Eddie opened his eyes, looking around he realized he was now stood in the heel imprint in Ben's shoe meaning the vast footwear was now upright. Glancing up at the entrance Eddie realized what had happened, rather than ending up beneath Ben's toe the shoes had ended up between the vast digits. More worryingly however, was the sight looming far overhead, Ben's boyish grin staring directly at the location of his former shoes now between his toes.

Eddie watched as this immense form shifted as Ben began to bend down. The world shook from the forces exerted on it from a being of such immense size. Eddie could only watch helpless as Ben's immense slender fingertip unfurled towards him, even the fingertip dwarfed Eddie's titanic sweaty prison. Darkness fell and the world shook violently around him leading the contents of Eddie's stomach to escape.

As the world settled Eddie stared at the sky in awe. Or at least it should have been the sky, instead Eddie found himself staring at the impossibly large iris and pupil of Ben's eye. Sunlight glinted off the surface of the eye that seemed to fill his sky illuminating the inside of the shoe. Then Eddie heard it. Like thunder it filled every corner of Eddie's mind as Ben spoke directly to him.

"Wow even my shoes are pathetic now, I hope you're still in there Eddie, because I can't even see you. Damn, I've gotten so big now. But lucky you, you get to come with me as I destroy this world." Ben boomed the words striking fear into Eddie, but strangely there was also something comforting about them almost like God had chosen him to live.

"Right, for now you're going into my pocket, I can feel another growth spurt coming on" Ben grinned down. With that Eddie felt the motion again as Ben lowered his prison along his exposed torso, his abs looking like rolling hillocks looming in the sky.

Suddenly the light of the world disappeared, replaced by a dark fabric cavern.this was Eddies life now just a germ living in the pocket of his friend turned God.

Suddenly the distant wall shifted, Eddie stared in awe at the movement. Clearly something vast was shifting at Ben's waist filling more and more space. Eddie could tell exactly what it was and it was awe inspiring, but the thought that Ben was getting aroused was horrifying.
