A woman spends a year pregnant with a dragon egg

Tanya Ford has always been a fan of dragons. She’d always wanted to have one of her own. On January first, she has her wish granted in the most bizarre way possible when she wakes up pregnant with a dragon egg. Now she must spend the entire year pregnant with her scaly new child. And find a way to explain this her friends and family.

Note: When the dragon egg is laid, it will hatch after a week. When it hatches it will have the intellect of a human toddler. It’s gender will be up to you.

Characters

Tanya Ford. 20 years old. College student. Wears glasses. Has loved dragons since she was a child. Learning that she is going to be a mother to one has left her feeling thrilled. But she knows she has to keep it a secret from most people.

Nina Hawkins. 20 years old. Tanya's roommate and best friend. A portly young woman who shares Tanya's love of dragons.

Melissa Ford. 29 years old. Tanya's older sister. Really enjoys tickling her sister's egg-filled belly. Works as a barista.

Hank and Janice Ford. 55 and 54 years old. Tanya's parents. While they are both uncertain on how to feel about their youngest daughter's unusual pregnancy, they both respect her happiness.

Will Hudson. 29 years old. Melissa's boyfriend. A DJ at a club.


Rules:

1. No sex scenes
2. Use proper grammar
3. Chapters must be longer than one sentence
4. Characters other than Tanya can become pregnant with a dragon egg but Tanya must remain as the main focus. And no male pregnancies
