Words

All you know me by are my words.
The nouns, the adjectives, the verbs.
How I use them in sentences,
plowing through my concrete fences.


I see the faces of emotions,
people going through the motions,
ignoring their reality,
not facing their mortality.


Most words are written from the heart.
Secrets they hide keep them apart.
They use nouns, adjectives and verbs,
damages hidden in their words

I'm sure this is some sort of poetry form
but I don't know what it is.
