She came back into her office, and went straight to her computer. If he thinks he can get away with this type of behavior, he’s going to find out he can’t!
Becky came in and asked “how’d it go?” “It didn’t, he told me file a complaint to the complaint department, so that’s what I’m doing” said Rachel. “I’m going to start writing it now”.

To Whom It May Concern
I was instructed by Mr. Gallagher to file a complaint with you!
This matter concerns his actions around the women who work for him. He is belittling, and abusive in his dealing with us. This borders on Sexual Harassment and I believe something should be done. He is constantly making inappropriate remarks, innuendos and sharing unwanted jokes that are not proper in mixed company. His suggestive remarks make me sick and the other girls in the office feel the same way.
His last statement to me was “write a letter to the complaint department and see where that gets you”
I think Senior Management for Rollings Department Store, should be made aware of what’s happening on a daily basis, and it’s time it was ended.

Your complaint has been addressed with Mr. Gallagher, and he has responded with a denial of your accusations. We have advised him that any further complaints by any of the female employees will be dealt with.
We appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention but must warn you, that we also feel he has not been given the opportunity to defend himself. We would like to bring you both in and have the opportunity to speak with you. If you have actual proof you would be encouraged to bring it in with you.
Human Resources doesn’t condone this type of behavior in any of our employees, whether supervisor or employee.

Subject: Mr. Gallagher
Mr. Hood, neither I nor the other female employees have ever tried to record any episodes of our conversations with Mr. Gallagher. My complaint was intended to bring to Management’s attention, what we feel is improper responses to our questions and directions he is giving us.
I don’t feel that my coming into a meeting with Mr. Gallagher would serve any purpose. I realize this is a he said, she said situation. I’ve made Management aware of an issue that should be addressed. We would like to feel we are part of the team and not outcasts. We will continue to work under Mr. Gallagher direction and we’re hoping our lives will get better. I assure you if things don’t get better you will hear from us again.
