An obsession with dark chocolate that feels so right. Writer's Cramp entry.
Oh, rich delight, so bold, so deep,
You haunt my dreams, invade my sleep.
A whisper dark upon my tongue,
A love so fierce, forever young.

No milk, no cream to dull your might,
You gleam like velvet in the night.
A bitter kiss, a silken sin,
A pleasure dark that pulls me in.

Your scent alone can make me weak,
A craving words can never speak.
Each square, a secret, smooth and pure,
A hunger only you can cure.

A temple wrapped in foil bright,
A treasure bathed in moody light.
A cocoa storm, a dusky thrill,
A rush of joy, silent and still.

I melt beneath your midnight spell,
A lover caught, a heart that fell.
With every bite, my soul ignites,
A spark of fire in endless nights.

No diamond glows, no gold can shine,
Like that dark shimmer, bold, divine.
Forget the roses, wine, and lace,
Just let me have your sweet embrace.

Through morning haze, through midnight gloom,
Your echo lingers in the room.
A taste, a touch, a longing sigh,
A love that never says goodbye.

So let them call me mad, unchained,
Obsessed, addicted, cocoa stained.
For in your arms, so rich, so right,
I crave the darkness, with every bite.
