When exactly should Liko visit Holon?

Poll Question:
For anyone that cares, sorry this is taking so long.

Now, when Holon is finally finished, I plan to include all the main Pokémon characters at the end of their journey. So Ash will be Monarch, Cyrus has disappeared, Team Skull and Yell have disbanded, and so on.

When it comes to the new anime characters (Liko, Roy, and Dot), should I add them before or after their journey ends?
