How to deal with the GO characters

Poll Question:
I'm working on the timeline for the fused world of the anime, game, and manga universe to ensure I know who appears where and how. But I've found a problem.

The Pokémon GO original characters (as well as the Let's Go Trio) don't seem to git anywhere on the timeline. Therefore, I've thought of two possibilities. I have an idea of which will win, but I'd rather be safe.

Let's Go Kanto
I retell the Let's Go games, with the inclusion on the GO Teams and Goh (who was made to advertise the game, so fits)

Pasio
I make the Masters EX story, with the manga and anime characters with them.

Naturally, I'm giving an option to make both because I'm just that much of a masochist. (Forced laugh)
