Key Facts: The Director of Rachel’s team and her direct boss. Katie has worked for Safe Standards Compliance for nearly ten years, and has steadily climbed the ranks. She is a single woman who lives by herself in a small apartment, though is open to casual dates.

Personality: Katie is an independent and ambitious woman with a strong drive to prove herself. She is still quite young for a Director and keen to continue her career trajectory. Due to this she can at times be demanding of her staff, and is firm on deadlines and work standards. She does, however, care for her employee’s safety, and for the integrity of their important work, and tries to be even-handed and fair in her decision-making.

Interaction with Tinies: Katie acknowledges the circumstances of Tinies but does not believe their physical limitations should be considered an excuse not to complete work or other tasks. She is willing to intervene in high risk situations, but otherwise expects Tinies to be able to help themselves, and is quietly annoyed with those who fail to live up to her standards. Secretly, she also has a fetish for dominating consenting Tinies.

Relationship with Rachel: Although Katie is Rachel’s boss she leaves her day-to-day management to the Assistant Directors and doesn’t frequently interact with Rachel one-on-one. She considers Rachel to be a capable worker and has high expectations of her, though at times this leads her to overestimate her subordinate’s physical capabilities.

Key Facts: Rachel’s coworker and her usual day-to-day manager for tasks. Kevin is one of the Assistant Directors he is often in charge of handing out assignments. A happily married man with an Unaffected wife and several young mixed-size children he adores.

Personality: Kevin is a jovial and friendly man, who enjoys taking on a sort of big brother role to his subordinates at work. He is, however, excessively honest with his thoughts, whether they be positive or negative, which can sometimes get him into trouble. Though not an intentional flirt his honestly in complimenting women can come across as such.

Interaction with Unaffected: Kevin has no issue with Unaffected and works alongside them without issue, though he isn’t afraid to call out any who break the rules and put him or other Tinies at risk. This willingness to stand up for himself and others no matter the circumstances has gotten him into hot water several times, but he’s always been able to come out on top by either his own actions or the help of his Unaffected wife.

Relationship with Rachel: Kevin has taken Rachel under his wing somewhat and thinks of himself as her mentor. While Rachel can find his friendliness overbearing at times the two get along well, and he helps the younger Tiny when she gets into trouble at work. By keeping tabs on one another, the two help to reduce their rate of workplace incidents.


LIENE PRETUER

Role: Rachel’s Coworker / Genomic Profile: Unaffected

Key Facts: An Assistant Director in Rachel’s team, though not her direct supervisor. Liene is the longest serving staff member in the team, having worked for Safe Standards Compliance for twenty years. She lives with her ageing parents as their main caretaker.

Personality: Liene is quick to judge others and complain about poor work ethic and meagre results, whether or not such things are actually apparent. Due to this attitude she isn’t well liked by her coworkers and has been overlooked for promotion due to concerns she would make a poor leader. Unfortunately this only worsens her attitude, as she begrudges others being promoted, and is not above sabotaging her colleagues.

Interaction with Tinies: Liene tends to automatically assume that Tinies are lazy and inefficient workers, and hates having to treat them as peers, or worse superiors. At work she restricts herself to being snarky and unpleasant to Tinies, but when she feels she can get away with it she is perfectly happy to set Tinies up to fail, or suffer worse fates.

Relationship with Rachel: Liene does not like Rachel, and has more than once taken advantage of her position to deliberately assign her Tiny coworker to a difficult case. However, Rachel is not her primary target and is generally able to escape the worse of her fury due both to workplace restrictions, and Liene’s anger being directed elsewhere.


ELENA CRESPO

Key Facts: Rachel’s coworker and senior. Elena is an experienced team member, having worked for Safe Standards Compliance for several years, and trusted by her superiors. She lives alone and is currently on the search for a Tiny boyfriend/husband of her own.

Personality: Although a friendly and caring woman, Elena has a bad habit of becoming distracted and zoned out from others, often unintentionally causing offence. When she focuses on a task she can lose track of her surroundings, which can cause issues both in the field and when undertaking ordinary office work. She owns a number of stress and fidget toys to attempt to keep herself from zoning out, often scattered around her desk and workspace. Unfortunately these seldom help and end up being used distractedly.

Interaction with Tinies: Elena doesn’t see a difference between Tinies and Unaffected and treats them with kindness and respect. Unfortunately however her distractedness often makes her a threat to nearby Tinies as it becomes nearly impossible for them to get her attention or be noticed. More than once she has mistaken a Tiny for a stress toy.

Relationship with Rachel: Elena and Rachel are often teamed up for assignments, and have a good working relationship. Elena cares about Rachel and will endeavour to look out for her on assignments, but often loses track of her colleague due to zoning out. Due to the proximity of their desks, Rachel often gets caught up in her distracted fidgeting.


EMMETT GEORGE

Key Facts: Rachel’s coworker and senior. Emmett does not regularly work with Rachel, but they have worked together enough to be fairly familiar with each other’s character and abilities. He lives alone in a Reduced Neighbourhood, and mostly keeps to himself.

Personality: Emmett is a shy and withdrawn man who prefers to stay at his desk with his head down, and dislikes when he is assigned to conduct audits in the field. He will only participate in staff meetings and events when ordered to by Katie, and if possible will attend any meeting online with his camera off. Despite this he doesn’t work from home, despite having been given the opportunity to do so on several past occasions.

Interaction with Unaffected: Publicly, Emmett expresses a general lack of interest in Unaffected, similar to his views on just about everyone else. Secretly, however, he has a strong size fetish and takes candid (though usually not explicit) photos of his Unaffected colleagues and other Unaffected, sharing them online with Tinies of similar persuasion.

Relationship with Rachel: Emmett and Rachel are not close, though they have worked together on some assignments. Due to her being a Tiny Emmett has no interest in taking photos of Rachel, and Rachel in turn has always found Emmett to be a little bit creepy.


ASHLEY COOK

Key Facts: The newest member of Rachel’s team, still completing her internship with Safe Standards Compliance. She is supposed to be receiving training from Liene but is often pushed onto other staff. Ashley lives with her mother and two younger sisters.

Personality: Ashley is a committed learner, who is keen to prove herself to her seniors and superiors, though is also consistently sure she is not doing well enough. Her desk is covered with scattered papers and notes, which she can often be seen shifting through for what she needs at any given time. She is skittish by nature and prone to being easily startled when someone sneaks up on her or otherwise suddenly enters her perception.

Interaction with Tinies: Ashley has a neutral view of Tinies, generally treating them the same as she would anyone else. However, she unfortunately has a natural fear of bugs and small animals, and her easily startled nature leads her to react without thinking. Due to this default reaction to seeing something small moving out of the corner of her vision or similar is to immediately attempt to squish it. This often ends poorly for Tinies.

Relationship with Rachel: Due to Liene’s neglect, Rachel is often tasked to supervise Ashley in her training and on assignments. Although the two get along on a personal level and Ashley even has a small crush on her colleague, Rachel has frequently found herself the victim of Ashley’s violent outbursts after being mistaken for a bug or rodent.

Key Facts: The office secretary at Rachel’s work, Deliza’s main job is to assist higher-ranked Tinies to get to meetings and otherwise complete tasks. She also runs errands that would otherwise be too time-consuming. She lives in a share house with friends.

Personality: Deliza is a perpetually clumsy and absent-minded woman, to the extent that she has to take notes to ensure that she doesn’t forget her tasks. Even so, she is so relentlessly friendly, her coworkers find it hard to hold a grudge against her no matter how many mistakes she makes, though they are reluctant to trust her with important tasks. Deliza seems oblivious to her own short-comings, remaining perpetually chipper.

Interaction with Tinies: Deliza adores Tinies and loves that her job involves helping them to complete tasks. She does, however, frequently fall into the trap of treating any Tiny she is asked to carry almost as if they are a pet, stroking and murmuring to them. Her clumsiness makes her a menace to any Tiny in her orbit, causing many incidents.

Relationship with Rachel: Deliza is seldom requested to transport Rachel, but does encounter her frequently when undertaking general administrative tasks like managing the mail. The two have a cordial relationship, with Deliza doting on Rachel as she would any other Tiny, though Rachel does attempt to keep her distance to avoid any incidents.
