With this poem, I tried my best to express myself.
Now, I realize that not even words can touch the surface of my heart.
My heart is an overflowing floodgate.
Barely able to restrain all my mixed emotions and thoughts of you.
When your hurt, my heart feels a thousand swords stabbing into it.
Each blade entering deeper and deeper than the last.
If your heart is ever broken, I will not hesitate to give you mine.
So you can see how my love for you transcends time itself.
You have no idea how much you mean to me.
When I'm with you, everything seems so perfect.
As if I've died and gone to heaven, all in the same moment.
I need nothing more than to hear your voice to survive my darkest fears
Your smile can light a thousand flames with the smallest grin.
The eyes I love to stare deeply into are the envy of every diamond.
Who could ever know something so wonderful ever existed?
God has blessed me with the most precious gift anyone could receive.
