A new shade of green

Agony grip's my abdomen,
Nearly rendering me dead!

Every pore upon my face,
Enduring horrid shades of red.
Rising in my throat,
Is a rather awful mess,
Even though I know that I have eaten less.

Shall I bloat my cheeks?
Have I ever felt this bad?
Although the feeling comes and goes,
Do I dare believe,
Every twinge that I have had.

Of course I egg it on,
For once it's up I'm done.

Gearing up for it's release,
Ready for the news,
Even I cannot deny,
Even I can read the clues.
NO! I scream out loud, it's landed on my shoes!
