When in the night the darkness surrounds you
The thunder rolls around you as tears come to life
And all you can do is weep in the night

I am the wanderer, lost and afraid
Trying to find where I belong again
Silently waiting for some sign
To show me where home is

Listening to the world pass you by
Hoping somehow find the answer that you seek
Wondering who you are
And what you could yet be


What rope do you have?
Where is you anchor?
Is there a peace to be found?
Inside a place you fear


Can you find the courage?
To conquer the demons
Look into the face
Of your own worst fear
