One day I'm happy
the next day I'm sad
the day after that, i'm downright mad

Mood swings, shifting like pussywillows in the wind
Up one minute, down the next, will this cycle end

Three personalities, nothing to joke about
People close to me, my sanity they're starting to doubt

Walking on eggshells; don't want to set me off
Trying to guess my mood; it's easier to surpress a cough

Will I be pleasent, as sweet as I can be
Or will my mean side take over, making others terrified of me

Or will Pitiful Patty peak out to start the day
The sorrow in her eyes could cause a hitman to run away

Three personalities, each distinct in every way
Lord you created me, how did we come about, I ask when I pray.
