Twelve pieces of the Japanese poetry |
A haiku is basically a japanese form of poetry of three lines with a fixed syllable pattern(usu. 5-7-5) and is a powerful description of something.Read them and send me your rating and review alongwith appropriate titles(for the untitled ones) to earn 10 GPs per haiku(one lucky person).Note-this is not a contest, its just a way to give away some gps & see if my haikus actually make any sense without a title! So here goes: a)Droplets sparkle like Diamonds on a jade splendour On a new day's morn. b)A dazzling sphere, that Brightens up the azure sky-- Preserver of life. c)Robed in black, the moon Is her beauty, grace and crown And stars, her jewels. d)LIGHTENING Lightening flashes-- A silver arrow released From the bow of God. e)Bathed in sunlight Peers from its protective shell And faces the world. f)BLOSSOM Surrounded by leaves Of emerald hue is this Fragile white blossom. g)Vanishing drops split Into a seven hued scarf Which adorns the sky. h)RAIN Rain falls on roof-tops Showering God's blessings upon The still sleeping world. i)The slender tree's boughs Covered by creamy pink flowers-- Blissfully serene. j)Conical and tall Holding up their arms to the Silver moonlit sky. k)Flying to their nest A flock of black against the Painted horizon. l)Fallen leaves cover The ground with an exquisite Golden-red blanket. |
