Broken Life & Shattered Heart

Life is broken, heart shattered,
What I have no longer mattered,
Living a peaceful life was the aim,
Now dying in my own arms seems sane.

Always had you by my side,
Now I find no solace in my life,
Kept you close to my heart,
Yet I am here alone in the dark.

Should I live or should I die?,
The answer lurks in your eye,
Which I can't see though I seek,
With the last tear I have become meek.

Somebody do help me,
I have given up on my life,
And still find you seeking me,
My wrist under under the knife.

Just hoped I had enough of it,
But no it was not to be,
Our piece of love came with eyes lit,
On her side did she want me.

I gulped the scream in my heart,
Wiped the tears from my eyes,
With all the stregnth that I had,
Started life anew with old ties.
