After every difficult time, the sun has shown through.
Where did the sun go?
Its rays shone into my life.
Its light gave me hope.
Its warmth will only know.
Why did the stars leave?
Their guidance let me grow.
Their beauty gave me love.
Only the moon will see.
When did the sky fall?
My tears are as the rain.
The wind breaks my strength.
The end is near after all.
Joy will again show.
Hope is on the way.
So I will never ask again,
Where did the sun go?
