Alone with my thoughts
I dream of tomorrow
Of the happiness, hatred
Anger, and sorrow

Alone with my dreams
I can think of the past
Of our time spent together
How I wished it could last

Alone at my window
As the rain pours on down
I wish you were here
But no one’s around

Alone in my bed
Thinking of you at night
Hoping that in the morning
You will be my sunlight

But I continue to remain alone
On into my life
Alone loving you
Alone with my strife
